Pizza Dough:
- 1 ball (about 1 lb) pizza dough, at room temperature
Toppings:

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2–3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Prepare the Dough: Stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface. Brush one side with olive oil.
- Grill the Dough: Place the dough on the grill, oiled side down, and cook until grill marks form and the dough puffs up.
