Grilled Chicken Bites:

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Grilled Chicken Bites: In a bowl, toss the chicken bites with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken bites for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred on the edges. Remove from grill and set aside.
  2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 30 seconds. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened, about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve: Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the grilled chicken bites. Garnish with parsley if desired.
