Instructions
- Prepare the Grilled Chicken Bites: In a bowl, toss the chicken bites with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken bites for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred on the edges. Remove from grill and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 30 seconds. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened, about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
