- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Chicken Thighs:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl or resealable bag, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs, coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 204°C).
- Grill Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, shake off excess, and grill for 5–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let the grilled thighs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
