For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or mint
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the Yogurt Sauce: Whisk together all yogurt sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve: Serve the grilled chicken with a generous spoonful of yogurt sauce on top or on the side.
