For the Meatballs:

For the Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the meatballs for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.
- Whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, mint, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve the grilled meatballs with the yogurt sauce on the side for dipping.
