Grilled Peaches:

  • 4 ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted)
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare Peaches: Brush the cut side of each peach half with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Grill Peaches: Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes. Flip and grill for another 1–2 minutes on the skin side.
  4. Serve: Place two peach halves in a bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with toasted nuts. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
