  • 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or sugar substitute

  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350–375°F).
  2. Prepare the Peaches: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Brush the cut side of each peach half with the mixture.
  3. Grill the Peaches: Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches begin to soften. Flip and grill for another 2 minutes on the skin side.
