- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt

Liquid:
- ½ cup beef broth or water
Instructions
- Prepare Onion Mixture: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook diced onion until softened, about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease if needed.
- Add Cabbage: Stir in chopped cabbage. Pour in beef broth or water, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Season and Finish: Uncover, add soy sauce, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes until liquid evaporates. Serve hot.
