  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth

Sauce and Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Make Sauce: Pour in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Finish Dish: Reduce heat, add sour cream and Dijon mustard. Simmer until creamy. Serve over rice, garnish with parsley.
