Description

Cupcake Batter:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Decorations:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate frosting
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 24 candy-coated chocolates (like M&Ms) for eyes
  • 12 candy corn pieces for beaks

Instructions
