- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup whole milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 1/2 cups seedless red or black grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the eggs, olive oil, milk, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in half of the grapes.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, scatter the remaining grapes on top, and sprinkle with turbinado sugar. Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
