Fillings:
- 6 breakfast sausage patties (cooked)
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
Spread & Topping:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until just set.
- Assemble Sliders: Slice Hawaiian rolls, layer with eggs, sausage, and cheese. Top with rolls.
- Add Topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds. Brush over rolls.
- Bake: Cover with foil, bake 10–15 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Serve warm.
