Description

These Hawaiian Roll Cheeseburger Sliders are a delightful twist on traditional sliders, featuring savory ground beef, gooey cheddar cheese, and zesty pickles sandwiched between sweet Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for parties or a quick dinner!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

For Assembly:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating, creating top and bottom halves. Place bottom half in the dish.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease and spread beef over bottom layer of rolls.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Top beef with cheddar cheese and diced pickles. Mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise; spread on underside of top roll layer. Place top rolls over sliders. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
  4. Bake: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.
