Chicken and Rice Soup:

Instructions

- Add broth and chicken: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add chicken, rice, thyme, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Shred chicken: Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the pot. Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning if needed.
