  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Olive oil spray

For Assembly:

  • 1 cup marinara sauce (low-sugar or homemade)
  • 1 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
