Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, honey, Greek yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan, smooth the top, and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
