Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, honey/maple syrup, melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Add Nuts/Chips: Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
