  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips or raisins and optional nuts or seeds.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Cool on sheet, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
