Main Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)
- 1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted)
Herbs:
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves (or substitute with extra parsley)
Seasonings:
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1–2 tablespoons water (as needed to thin)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, avocado, parsley, basil, chives, tarragon, lemon juice, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Adjust Consistency: Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill: Transfer the dressing to a jar or container, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
