Indulge in the heavenly flavors of a no-bake banana split cheesecake, a delightful and refreshing dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

For the crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the cheesecake layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the layers:

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced

For the topping:

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. For the crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. For the cheesecake layer: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Assembly: Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Layer banana slices, crushed pineapple, and strawberries over the cheesecake. Top with whipped topping, nuts, chocolate syrup, and cherries if desired.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • To prevent browning, coat banana slices with lemon juice before layering.
  • Use fresh whipped cream if preferred, stabilizing it with powdered sugar.
