  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the herb mixture: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, softened butter, rosemary, thyme, parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to create the herb paste.
