Instructions

  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until fully combined.
  6. Stir in add-ins: Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Bake: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are still soft.
