  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

For Brushing:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix Dough: Whisk flour, sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, warm milk, melted butter, eggs. Mix into a soft dough.
  3. Knead: Knead dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Shape Rolls: Roll dough into circles, brush with softened butter, cut into wedges, roll into crescents.
  5. Rise and Bake: Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Finish: Brush with melted butter and serve.
