Choux Pastry:

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Pipe and Bake: Pipe dough onto baking sheet and bake until golden.
- Fill Eclairs: Fill a piping bag with pastry cream, poke holes in eclairs, and fill.
- Make Chocolate Glaze: Melt chocolate with hot cream, dip filled eclairs in glaze.
- Serve: Chill and serve.
