Bagel Bites:
- 6 mini plain bagels (sliced in half)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped regular pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- olive oil spray or drizzle (optional)
Garnish (optional):
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Bagels: Place the bagel halves cut side up on the baking sheet. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil if desired.
