  • 1 and 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the half-and-half, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
  2. Heat the mixture until steaming, but do not let it boil, whisking occasionally to blend thoroughly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Let the creamer cool slightly, then pour it into a glass jar or airtight container.
