- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)

Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the half-and-half, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Heat the mixture until steaming, but do not let it boil, whisking occasionally to blend thoroughly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the creamer cool slightly, then pour it into a glass jar or airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before each use and add to hot or iced coffee as desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste by using more or less maple syrup.
- You can substitute milk, almond milk, or oat milk for a lighter version.
