Caramel Layer:

- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Chocolate Coating:
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet. Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, then mix in flour and salt to form dough.
- Bake: Roll dough into balls, flatten, and bake for 12–14 minutes until edges golden. Cool on a wire rack.
- Prepare Caramel: Melt caramels and cream, spoon onto cooled cookies, and let set.
- Coat with Chocolate: Melt chocolate, spread over caramel, and let set before serving.
