Scale
Liquid Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled to room temperature (OR 2 shots of espresso, cooled)
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy free milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup liquid honey (or agave, maple syrup, or other sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Other Ingredients
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Ensure the coffee or espresso is brewed strong and has cooled to room temperature to prevent melting the ice too quickly when blending.
- Combine in Blender: Add the cooled coffee, milk, ice cubes, honey, and vanilla extract (if using) into your blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on medium speed until it reaches a creamy, smooth consistency with no large ice chunks.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the blended frappuccino into your favorite glass or travel tumbler. Optionally, top with whipped cream and serve with a straw for an indulgent finish.
Notes
- Use any milk substitute such as almond, oat, or soy milk for a dairy-free version.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey or your preferred sweetener.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso shots instead of brewed coffee.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
- Optional vanilla extract adds a subtle warm flavor but can be omitted if preferred.
