Ingredients

Italian Sausage:

1 pound,

Bacon:

4 slices chopped,

Yellow Onion:

1 medium diced,

Garlic:

3 cloves minced,

Chicken Broth:

4 cups,

Russet Potatoes:

3 cups sliced,

Heavy Cream:

1 cup,

Kale:

3 cups chopped,

Salt and Pepper:

to taste,

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes:

optional for heat,

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

Instructions

  1. Cook Bacon: In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
