- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, adobo sauce, minced chipotle peppers, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a zip-top bag or dish, pour the marinade over it, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
