- 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For serving:

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers and grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred.
- Serve: Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot.
