Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
- Combine and Bake: Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Add nuts if desired. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
