Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Hot Honey Glaze:
- â…“ cup honey
- 1–2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Garnish:
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry, rub with olive oil. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Season chicken evenly.
- Make Glaze: Whisk honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
- Bake Chicken: Place chicken in dish, bake for 18–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Glaze Chicken: In the last 5 minutes, brush hot honey glaze over chicken.
- Rest and Serve: Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with more hot honey, garnish with parsley, and serve.

- You can make the hot honey glaze ahead and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
