  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Hot Honey Glaze:

  • â…“ cup honey
  • 1–2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry, rub with olive oil. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Season chicken evenly.
  3. Make Glaze: Whisk honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
  4. Bake Chicken: Place chicken in dish, bake for 18–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Glaze Chicken: In the last 5 minutes, brush hot honey glaze over chicken.
  6. Rest and Serve: Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with more hot honey, garnish with parsley, and serve.
