Instructions
- Freezing: Peel ripe bananas and place them whole in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container. For easy measuring, slice or mash bananas before freezing. Remove air, label with date and quantity, and freeze for up to 3 months.
- Thawing: Remove needed amount, thaw at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or overnight in the fridge. Microwave in 30-second bursts if in a hurry. Drain excess liquid, mash, and use in recipes.
