Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice. Process for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
- Add the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt. Process again until well combined.
- Add the drained chickpeas to the food processor and blend. Scrape down the sides as needed until smooth.
- Add cold water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust salt as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika if desired.
- Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
