- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Additional:
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- All-purpose flour (for dusting)
- Black sesame seeds or nigella seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to smooth out any creases.
- Make the filling: Combine paneer, mozzarella, cilantro, green chili, garam masala, and cumin in a bowl.
- Fill and fold: Spread the cheese mixture over half the pastry, fold, and seal gently.
