Chicken Thighs:
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Peri Peri Sauce:
- 1 cup peri peri sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup water
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season and Sear Chicken: Pat dry and season chicken thighs. Sear in Instant Pot in batches.
- Prepare Sauce: Deglaze pot with water, add peri peri sauce, and return chicken to pot.
- Cook: Pressure cook for 10 minutes, then natural release for 5 minutes.
- Crisp and Serve: Optionally broil chicken, spoon sauce over, and garnish with herbs.

- You can use boneless thighs with adjusted cook time.
