  • 1 medium head of green cabbage, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cabbage: Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage, then core and cut it into large wedges.
  2. Cook in Instant Pot: Place the cabbage wedges in the Instant Pot. Add broth, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
