  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

For the Pasta:

  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces penne or rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil in the Instant Pot on sauté mode. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; sauté until lightly browned. Add minced garlic and stir.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Cancel sauté mode. Pour in marinara sauce and chicken broth, then stir in uncooked pasta. Cook on Manual (High Pressure) for 5 minutes. Quick release pressure.
  3. Finish the Dish: Stir in Parmesan cheese, sprinkle mozzarella on top, and close the lid for cheese to melt. Garnish with basil or parsley before serving.

  • For a crispy cheese topping, broil the dish for 2–3 minutes after pressure cooking.
