Turkey:

  • 45 pound boneless turkey breast (or bone-in if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

For Gravy:

  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (optional, for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Turkey: Pat the turkey breast dry and season with a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary. Rub with olive oil.
  2. Sear the Turkey: Brown the turkey in the Instant Pot on Sauté mode.
  3. Cook the Turkey: Pressure cook the turkey with broth for 25-30 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
  4. Make the Gravy: Thicken the cooking liquid with butter and flour on Sauté mode.
  5. Serve: Rest the turkey before slicing and serve with gravy.
