  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 loaf soda bread
  • 1 stick salted butter

Instructions

  1. Corned Beef and Cabbage: Place corned beef, pickling spice, and water in a large pot. Boil, then simmer for 3 hours. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for 15 minutes. Add cabbage, cook for another 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
