Instructions
- Corned Beef and Cabbage: Place corned beef, pickling spice, and water in a large pot. Boil, then simmer for 3 hours. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for 15 minutes. Add cabbage, cook for another 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
- Shepherd’s Pie: Brown ground lamb or beef, add peas, beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer, spread in a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes and cheddar, bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
