Cheesecake Cookie Dough:

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix butter and cream cheese: In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugars and egg: Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, mix until light and fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Add chocolate chips: Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly underbaked.
- Cool: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
