Instructions

- Shape Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat in Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Return to the sheet.
