Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the tortillas: Lay out the tortillas and spread pizza sauce down the center of each. Top with cheeses, pepperoni, sausage, olives, bell peppers, seasonings.
- Roll the enchiladas: Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Add toppings: Spoon remaining sauce over enchiladas, sprinkle with more cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with herbs before serving.
