Crescent Roll Layers:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Filling:
- 8 oz sliced deli ham
- 8 oz sliced Genoa salami
- 8 oz sliced pepperoni
- 8 oz sliced provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced banana peppers (optional)
Toppings:
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Layer Ingredients: Press one can of crescent dough into the dish. Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, and banana peppers. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Top with the second can of dough.
- Season and Bake: Brush with beaten egg, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool before serving.
