Crescent Roll Layers:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Filling:

  • 8 oz sliced deli ham
  • 8 oz sliced Genoa salami
  • 8 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 8 oz sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced banana peppers (optional)

Toppings:

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Press one can of crescent dough into the dish. Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, and banana peppers. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Top with the second can of dough.
