  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup deli meats (such as salami or ham, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup provolone cheese (diced or shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
