Description

These Italian Pinwheels are delicious and easy to make party appetizers filled with savory meats, cheese, and a flavorful cream cheese spread. Perfect for gatherings or as a tasty snack!

Cream Cheese Spread:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fillings:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices Genoa salami
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Spread: In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Italian dressing, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Assembling Pinwheels: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture. Layer ham, salami, provolone, spinach, and roasted red peppers. Roll tightly into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  3. Chilling and Serving: Wrap rolls in plastic wrap, refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Unwrap and slice into pinwheels. Serve chilled.
