- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced

Sausage

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the sliders.
- Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until it is browned and crumbled, ensuring it is fully cooked through.
- Prepare Buns: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Spread pesto sauce on the bottom halves evenly to add flavor.
- Assemble Sliders: Layer the cooked sausage evenly over the pesto-spread buns. Then add slices of provolone cheese followed by the roasted red peppers on top.
- Top and Bake: Place the top halves of the buns over the layered ingredients. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil to help with browning. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Finish Baking: Remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until the buns are golden brown and the cheese has melted. Serve the sliders hot.
