  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Mix Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  3. Fill Jalapeños: Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing gently to fill completely.
  4. Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
