Slider Rolls:

  • 12 slider rolls or mini brioche buns

Turkey Layer:

  • 12 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast

Fillings:

  • 8 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Butter Mixture:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Layer the fillings: Evenly layer turkey, tomatoes, bacon, and cheddar cheese over the rolls. Top with the remaining roll halves.
  4. Make the butter mixture: Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over the rolls.
  5. Add toppings: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve: Let rest, then cut into sliders. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
